We offer free returns within 14 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them. Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account. This time is not set by us but established by the banks.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, or already prepared we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order, but don't worry if you only have to change the email, you will receive your order.
Orders are processed in the order we receive them. The courier take orders every day monday to friday usually in the afternoon, please if you don't see the tracking yet, be patient and checking tomorrow. You can track your order status in the chat.
Usually is 24/48H in Italy with exceptions for smaller islands and disadvantaged areas.
