RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Within the portal, customers can choose between two return shipping options:
- Self-arranged shipping: the customer may return the item using a courier of their choice.
- Shipping via Insane Stone: the customer may purchase a discounted return label directly through the portal.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping cost for the replacement size is covered by Insane Stone.
For self-arranged shipments, a tracking number is mandatory. If no tracking number is provided, no assistance will be given regarding the status of the return.
No updates on the return status will be provided until the parcel is marked as delivered to our warehouse.
Returns are processed within 1–2 business days from receipt.
Tracking information for the replacement shipment will be provided on the day after dispatch.
Returns must be shipped from the same country as the original order, unless prior written approval has been granted by Insane Stone.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Only returns relating to orders placed on the official website, www.insanestone.com, will be accepted.
Products must be returned:
- unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered
- free from any signs of use
- with all original tags intact
Insane Stone reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with these conditions.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the event of a defective or incorrect product, the customer must promptly contact customer service.
Insane Stone reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Insane Stone is not responsible for lost return shipments.
The use of a tracked shipping service is strongly recommended.
REFUND POLICY
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will be issued:
- only after the products have been received and inspected
- using the same payment method used for the original purchase
- in the same currency as the original order
Estimated processing times:
- PayPal: refund issued immediately after processing
- Credit card: 5–7 business days, depending on the banking provider
Any differences caused by currency exchange fluctuations are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Insane Stone applies European and Italian legislation regarding the right of withdrawal, pursuant to:
- Articles 52 and following of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code)
