Insert a portion of the form into the package and send it to the address provided on the form via postal service or a courier of your choice.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (no label will be provided); the subsequent shipment of the requested size will be at our expense.
It is NECESSARY to have tracking information or a waybill number (if you use postal services or other carriers). This is so you can monitor the whereabouts of your package, as WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES ABOUT THE LOCATION OF YOUR PACKAGES until they have been delivered to our logistics center.
All returns must originate from the same country as the original shipment.
Insane Stone reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and/or returns not sent in accordance with the instructions on the form. If we receive a package without any completed order details or form, it will not be possible to process the return/refund.
Your exchange will be shipped as soon as possible; generally, exchanges are processed within a few working days.
RETURN POLICY
The product(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original tags intact.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, customers must contact us promptly. Insane Stone reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a product return.
Size exchanges and refunds sent to the legal headquarters' address will not be accepted.
Insane Stone is not responsible for any lost returns.
REFUND POLICY
At Insane Stone, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. Insane Stone will refund the full amount within the terms described.
If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date of the package. Insane Stone will not issue any refund until the item(s) have been returned.
Orders paid via PayPal will be refunded and credited immediately.
Refunds for payments made by credit card generally require a few working days (approximately 5–7 working days) to appear on your account from the time the refund is issued; this delay is due to banking processes and is not under our control.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as your purchase and to the same payment method. Any differences in the refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be compensated.
