Pro Knee Pads Size Guide

The knee measurement should be taken at the height of the kneecap with the LEG STRAIGHTENED AND RELAXED.

TAKE THE KNEE CIRCUMFERENCE at the height of the centre of the kneecap (LAST COLUMN - knee joint) AS THE MAIN REFERENCE , if you are unsure , also take the other measurements as a reference, considering that the knee pads are quite elastic.

If you are unsure about which size to buy because you are between one size or the other, we recommend ONE SIZE UP (especially if your calf is quite developed).
