Insane Grips Size Guide

This is an indicative table to help you choose the grips that are best for you.

• XS/S : Wrist circumference 13.5 - 17 cm
  Recommended for all women and/or young people with a narrow wrist circumference.

• M/L : Wrist circumference 16.5 - 20 cm
  Recommended for most men.

However, if your measurement is in the middle range (about 1.5 cm between the two sizes), both sizes will fit. The main difference is the length of the strap and, to a lesser extent, the length of the grip pad.
