This is an indicative table to help you choose the grip that best suits your needs.

• XS/S: Wrist circumference 13.5 - 16 cm
  Recommended for all women.

• M/L: Wrist circumference 16.5 - 20 cm
  Recommended for most men.

However, if your measurement is in the middle range (approximately 1.5 cm between the two sizes), both sizes will be suitable. The main difference is the length of the strap and, to a lesser extent, the length of the grip pad.
