Of course the elbow pads, like the knee pads, will be very stiff during the first uses (given their resistance and thickness) but don't worry since the neoprene will tend to loosen and the initial constriction will be less.

PRENDETE COME RIFERIMENTO PRINCIPALE LA CIRCONFERENZA DEL GINOCCHIO all’altezza del centro della rotula (ULTIMA COLONNA - knee joint), in caso di indecisione, prendete come riferimento anche le altre misure, considerando che le ginocchiere sono abbastanza elasticizzate.
Qualora si ricerca elevata rigidità e compattezza si può optare per la taglia più piccola.
