FULL STIFF - Interior and exterior in ultra-rigid Elite Neoprene for maximum performance, competition level. Increase in max lift by at least 10-15 kg.

HALF STIFF - Interior in ultra-rigid Elite Neoprene and exterior in softer neoprene. This combination makes the Elbow Sleeves easier to wear compared to a fully stiff sleeve, providing excellent PRs thanks to the inner part in ELITE Neoprene. Designed for training, and for workouts. Increase in max lift by 5-10 kg.
