FIT - HOW TO WEAR THEM: Our elbow pads are worn by making at least one fold if not two, one underneath and one above, often for PRs, the help of a third person may be necessary , and they must be positioned with the logo towards the outside of the elbow.

The measurement should be taken with the arm semi-extended at rest.
Measure the circumference around your upper arm, 10cm above or below the elbow joint.
