FIT - HOW TO WEAR: Our elbow pads are worn normally and should be positioned with the logo towards the outside of the elbow.

If you have difficulty, you can turn the elbow pad completely inside out, slip it onto your arm the other way around until just before the elbow, and then turn it back to the correct side.
