AVAILABLE IN TWO SIZES:

• XS/S: Wrist circumference 13.5 - 17 cm
  Recommended for all women and/or for boys with a narrow wrist circumference.

• M/L: Wrist circumference 16.5 - 20 cm
  Recommended for most men.

In any case, if your size is in the middle range (about 1.5 cm between the two sizes), both sizes will be suitable. The main difference is the length of the strap and, to a lesser extent, the length of the grip pad.

The grip in general should be closed around the wrist and hand. It is not necessary to tighten the closure on the wrist to the maximum, as this could make the grip less comfortable to rotate on the back of the hand and reduce the available portion of the grip.
