It is made of high quality stretch cotton.

The application of special silicone on the back of the jersey, in the upper part of the back area, ensures maximum stability and grip during lifts.

Often in gyms, worn, slippery and sometimes even rusty barbells are used, the knurling is completely worn out, the mesh will be of great help during the squat as it will block the barbell in the position you want, eliminating small movements, thus giving you a much safer management of the load.

Your bench press setup will be totally different and significantly improved; small, worn-out benches will no longer be a problem and you will be able to perform your exercises with much more stability (following the right biomechanics).

In general it is useful for all exercises where the body is in direct contact with the equipment, obtaining benefits from the grip.

Our grip shirt differs from the others because it has a special silicone and a greater thickness of the print , with more material applied, we have also designed a print design that gives a better feeling on the back when worn.
