The MEDIUM elasticity offers greater joint support as it is stiffer, suitable for both beginners and more experienced athletes in bodybuilding/fitness.

The HIGH wristbands are the stiffest classic version for those who require firm and perfect support, ideal for those who love lifting heavy loads in Bodybuilding/Powerlifting.
